In less than two years on campus, Delta Gamma hopes to begin building its forever home. We plan to break ground in Spring 2018 and Complete in time for Fall 2019 occupancy.

Project Highlights:

Live-in capacity for 84 members with a mixture of primarily two-person bedrooms with several four-person bedrooms;
Expansive greenspace on Maple Street and Arkansas Avenue;
Front Balcony and two sundecks on either side of upper floor;
Generous study space, including areas for individual and group study on the first, second and third floors;
Food service and dining room that will accommodate the entire chapter;
Spacious bathrooms and laundry facilities on each bedroom floor;
Community living areas throughout the house for daily use and recruitment ;
A chapter room that can accommodate the entire membership and also serve as multi-purpose space;
